Who’s this chick & what’s her superpower?
Can she really help me build an offer that nobody has ever seen before?
Short answer is yes.
Here’s a deep dive into who I am & what my world has to offer.
I am Ashlee Angelus an offer design expert, life confidant, and business behaviorist.
One thing I always hear from people is "You're always doing something different, I can't keep up with you."
At times I could barely keep up with myself. I've always been intrigued about people's potential. Intrigued by other's drive, happiness and success. I've questioned why those who are struggling thrive, while others get lost on a dark lonely path of pessimism.
I've always been passionate about a multitude of diverse interests: programming, entrepreneurship, psychology, cosmetology, hip-hop, creativity ( I chose to write one of my thesis on Eminem, no joke!) ... the list goes on.
I began my career path in high-school where I deemed myself a cosmetologist at the age of sixteen. I was always questioned about my abilities and skill due to my age, which ignited the fire in me at a greater rate. My job allowed me to express myself and live a life of creativity and balance.
I realized that my creativity could take me further, I loved making people feel confident about their image, but I wanted to make a larger impact. I wanted to immerse myself in a diverse population of individuals to explore my passion and true potential.
Welp! There went Ashlee Angelus off to college-- WHAT? The young girl with a learning disability who "wasn't fit for college" (the reason I began with a trade). I never liked to be defined. I was always fighting to pick one role, one area of interest, one title.
I struggled with choosing a major, I switched 3-5 times. Through it all I knew I wanted to teach, advocate and create IMPACT. I graduated with my degree in Childhood Studies, Psychology and Teacher Preparation... but again, for me, it was just another title. I wanted more...
There she goes, Ashlee Angelus, MSA-- Masters in Administration of Human Services. At this point, my flame was burning, I was blooming-- I was surrounded by a diverse support system who encouraged me, lifted me up in the struggles-- the moments where I needed a push to see my true potential.
This led me to the beginning of my full-time profession in the world of social work, programming and higher education where I was still defined. Defined as a full-time employee, an assistant, a job description, an ID number, an on-call person....
I spent years dabbling in different roles, exploring new career fields and scoring incredible opportunities with large universities to then realizing, I just simply did not fit inside the box. After several failed attempts at living the 9-5 (I would switch jobs every 2 years due to curiosity) life I realized in the most heart-wrenching moment of my life-- that my unusual combination of hunger for success and individuality was a strength not an imperfection.
At this point, I lost my first child to a miscarriage and gained an angel baby. I was then blessed with my beautiful rainbow baby who was 3lbs at birth and became a NICU mother. Throughout these monumental moments I did a lot of soul searching. I really wanted to know my PURPOSE, but anxiety, and postpartum depression crippled me to my couch--- where I promised myself I would never allow myself to be defined, titled, or confined to my feelings, role or situation again.

It sure has been wild & emotional but do you want to hear the good news.....
I’ve built my empire from the ground up with my son by my side. He’s basically the CFO now. Now my daughter is the designer.
After ditching my 9-5 as a new mother and entrepreneur I did a lot of soul-searching, self-care and inner-work to ditch my people pleasing ways and embrace the creativity within me. I stand proud and own being a multi-passionate. I unraveled the perfectionist within me & realized that there is no box.
I’ve mentored and coached hundreds of people toward finding their purpose and their niche.
So I decided to develop my own title and take my swiss-army knife of skill and utilize it to help you up-level your business utilizing my Finesse Framework and Steel Mama Method built on behavioral approaches that help trigger transformation throughout your business and services.
Motivation comes from within — and I’m here to help you activate it.
